I admit the console is alittle pricey but the service that come with it is top notch. I messed up my firmware messing with settings I shouldn't and in 1 email I was given the instructions needed to fix my issue. Very pleased with my purchase.
Took a little while to get to me but all in all I love my 3ds and am so happy to do all the things I’ve been wanting to do for so long!
I love my new 3ds it looks great, almost brand new. I ordered an a- quality and only had one issue where the bottom screen has some pressure issues, however that may be user error. The customer service was incredible. I ordered the wrong item at first and they went above and beyond on fixing MY mistake. And then my banking app looked like the payment was reversed so I had a mini panick attack and emailed them and they were so kind and let me know that everything on their end looked fine. I highly recommend this shop. Top notch!

I typically don't write reviews to be honest but DUDE, this console is immaculate ! I ordered a "Near Perfect" 3DS model and I swear the thing IS perfect. It looks brand spanking new like I hopped in a time machine and went back and bought one when they 1st came out. I knew it was going to be clean but man, it really does look flawless. Worth every dollar, they even put the protective case on for me so it was ready to play as soon as it was delivered. AND it arrived two days earlier than expected.
It arrived in perfect condition and the seller was very nice and helped me with any concerns/questions I had I would totally recommend!!♥️

This is perfect for someone how use to have a 3DS back on the day but not anymore or for someone who just like me, skip the 3DS era completely, it also makes for a great gift for any occasion. Only down side I can really think of, it's the price

I was only expecting the games I specified to be added, as well as the Mario and Pokemon games, since those come with the console anyways. But they added even more games than that! Plus, you can barely tell that it's not brand new, and I only ordered a B tier restoration! Both quality and quantity were better than I expected! If I ever need another 3DS, I know where to get one!
The 3DS has so mic content to go through I purchased during the busiest part of the holiday season and I actually received it surprisingly quick for the season. I received consistent updates so I wasn’t left in the dark. I misread the instructions to access specific DS games but I was able to reach out and get assistance figuring that out within 24 hours. Overall great product and great service!
Missed playing with my old 3DS, and getting this was great! Definitely gonna be playing so many games again!
